WICHITA, Kan. - 09/05/01 - Coalition Computing
Corporation, a leading provider of Information Technology (IT) business
management systems, today announced plans to break ground for a new office
building in the Lakepoint Office Park at Central and Webb Road.
Founded in 1993 by President Jim Johnson, Coalition
Computing offers a complete line of technological services to small- and
medium-sized businesses throughout Kansas and Oklahoma. Services range from
network installation services and support to the implementation of complete
Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systemsincluding tightly integrated
financial, manufacturing, distribution, supply chain management and e-commerce
applications.
With over $2 million in annual sales, Coalition Computing
continues to form strategic partnerships with area businesses to define their
specific technological system needs and to implement IT strategies that position
those businesses for long-term growth.
With room for future expansion, the new office building in
the Lakepoint Office Park has two levels with a total of 5,400 square-feet of
office space and attractive landscaped surroundings overlooking a scenic
fountain. The expected ground-breaking ceremony is scheduled for Friday,
September 7, 2001, at 3:00 p.m. and the new office is expected to be completed
in early March, 2002. Farha Construction, Inc. is the general contractor. Shad
Traylor, architect with Jeff Krehbiel Associates, designed the office building.
Financing is provided through Security Savings Bank, Bank of America, and SKEDD
for the SBA.
